Prompt shipping and expert packing
Thanks to our longstanding association with UPS FedEx DHL and other leading international carriers, we are able to provide a range of shipping options. Our warehouse staff are highly educated to pack your items exactly as per the specifications we provide. Your products will be subjected to an extensive inspection and be securely packaged before being shipped. Each day, we ship to thousands of clients in multiple countries. Before shipping, we will inspect the ordered items thoroughly. The majority of orders are shipped within 48-hours. It is expected that delivery will take between 3 and seven days.
Returns
We are not able to manage the stock in our warehouse and factory. So the actual stock may alter at any time. Be aware that it is possible for your order to be out of stock after you have placed the order.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you don't receive your item within the 30 days period, we're unable to offer the option of a refund or exchange.
In order for your item to be eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
